1. About these terms

These terms govern your booking and travel with RoadRiders.pk ("we", "us"). By booking a tour you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them on behalf of all travellers in your party.

2. Bookings & confirmation

A booking is requested through our website or WhatsApp and becomes confirmed once we acknowledge availability and a deposit (or full payment) is received. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-paid basis.

3. Pricing

Prices are quoted per person in Pakistani Rupees and include the services listed under each tour's inclusions. Optional add-ons are charged separately. Prices may change for new bookings, but a confirmed booking's price is held.

4. Your responsibilities

• Carry a valid CNIC/ID and any required permits.
• Arrive at the pickup point on time; we cannot delay group departures.
• Follow reasonable safety instructions from guides and drivers.
• Ensure you are medically fit for the chosen itinerary and altitude.

5. Itinerary changes

Mountain travel is weather- and road-dependent. We may adjust routes, stops or accommodation for safety or circumstances beyond our control, while preserving the spirit of the tour wherever possible.

6. Liability

We act in good faith to deliver safe, well-organised trips but are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road closures, landslides or third-party service failures. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Conduct

We may decline service to anyone whose behaviour endangers themselves, other guests or staff, without refund.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
