Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. How to cancel

To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +92-340-6676599 or email afaqmaken@gmail.com with your booking reference. The cancellation takes effect from the time we receive your request.

2. Refund schedule

Refunds on the amount paid are calculated by how far ahead of departure you cancel:

  • 15+ days before departure: full refund less the non-refundable deposit.
  • 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the tour price refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: no refund, as costs are already committed.

3. The deposit

The deposit secures your seat and reserves transport and accommodation on your behalf. It is non-refundable, but in most cases can be transferred to another RoadRiders departure within the same season, subject to availability.

4. Changes by you

Date or tour changes requested 14+ days before departure are usually free, subject to availability. Later changes are treated as a cancellation and re-booking.

5. Changes or cancellation by us

If we cancel a departure (for example due to unsafe weather or insufficient numbers), you may choose a full refund of amounts paid or a transfer to another departure at no extra cost.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or by bank transfer within 7–14 working days.
